A 304 stainless steel braided PTFE hose is designed for industrial systems that require chemical resistance, pressure performance and reliable operation across a wide temperature range.
The hose consists of a smooth PTFE inner tube covered by one layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid. A single-layer PTFE braided hose combines two primary structures:

The smooth PTFE inner surface supports stable fluid flow and helps reduce material retention. The external stainless steel braid limits tube expansion under pressure and protects the PTFE tube against mechanical damage.
