PTFE Teflon Tubing | Long-Lasting Corrosion-Resistant Pipeline Solution for Industrial Fluid Transfer
Ordinary pipelines frequently clog, age, and leak when exposed to high-temperature molten materials, strongly corrosive liquids, or high-purity media, leading to frequent shutdowns for pipe replacement and increased production costs. We have independently developed high-purity virgin PTFE Teflon tubing, which redefines pipeline durability standards using the core material of 'Plastic King,' suitable for all industries' stringent transfer scenarios.
Made from inherently chemically inert material, it is resistant to aqua regia, concentrated acids and alkalis, various organic solvents, hot-melt adhesives, and corrosive gases. Long-term transfer causes no swelling, no leaching, and no contamination of materials. Its ultra-smooth inner wall prevents material adhesion, ensuring smooth flow of hot-melt adhesives and high-viscosity fluids, eliminating carbon buildup and clogging, and significantly reducing equipment cleaning frequency.
It stably adapts to a wide temperature range: it does not crack at -196°C and maintains shape during continuous operation at 260°C, and can withstand short-term high-temperature conditions. It has excellent insulation properties, making it suitable for integrated heating and electric heating transfer tubing. It is flexible when bent, less prone to cracking, and can be freely routed in narrow equipment spaces. Multiple structural options are available, including stainless steel braided, corrugated, and straight tubes.
Food-grade, pharmaceutical-grade, and semiconductor high-purity versions comply with relevant standards and do not shed dust. Specialized specifications for chemical, packaging hot-melt adhesive, photovoltaic, new energy, and coating equipment are fully available. Tube diameter, length, fittings, and heating integration can all be customized as needed. Once assembled, it provides long-term service, significantly reducing equipment maintenance, downtime losses, and supporting sample testing with direct supply from the source factory.
