A dual-braid PTFE hydraulic hose is designed for fluid systems that require greater pressure resistance than a standard single-layer braided PTFE hose.
The JCC-01200-PTFE series uses a smooth PTFE inner tube surrounded by two layers of high-strength 304 stainless steel braided wire.
The PTFE inner tube provides chemical resistance and smooth flow, while the dual stainless steel braid improves working pressure, burst strength and mechanical protection.
This hose is suitable for the hydraulic transmission of gas-based fluids, oil-based fluids, water-based fluids and chemical materials.
A double-layer PTFE braided hose contains:

The first and second braided layers work together to restrict PTFE tube expansion under pressure.
