Our Heated Hoses include this extruder-grade series engineered for the toughest connection points on extrusion lines, offering a custom flexible heated hose solution for industrial applications where high temperature and high pressure occur simultaneously. Suitable for all types of extrusion equipment and extruders on the market, it reliably transfers molten material between the barrel, screen changer, melt pump and die head.

The inner tube is made of premium Teflon material — soft for flexible connection, yet highly temperature resistant and chemically stable against molten polymers. It is reinforced with multi-layer pressure-resistant steel wire braiding, giving the hose proven pressure resistance even at elevated working temperatures. Every hose is backed by a triple quality assurance process — testing agency verification, factory self-inspection and supplier guarantee — so each pipeline delivers documented temperature and pressure performance.

The heating layer consists of uniformly woven heating elements, minimizing temperature differences along the inner wall and keeping the melt at a stable processing temperature throughout transfer.
