A heated emission sample line transfers gas samples from the sampling point to the analyzer while maintaining a controlled temperature throughout the line.
It is widely used with flue gas pretreatment equipment, online emissions monitoring systems, infrared analyzers, ultraviolet analyzers and laboratory testing instruments.
When a gas sample loses too much heat during transport, moisture or process components may condense inside the line. This can affect sample integrity, restrict flow and reduce the stability of analytical results.
Shenzhen Jingcheng High-tech manufactures customized heated gas sampling hoses with stable insulation, flexible installation and equipment-specific electrical and fluid connections.
The sample path between the probe and analyzer may be several meters long. During this transfer, ambient air can remove heat from the gas.
A properly configured heated sample line helps maintain more stable sample conditions and may reduce:
Sample condensation
Moisture accumulation
Internal contamination
Sample-line blockage
Unstable analyzer readings
Extended system warm-up time
Frequent cleaning
Premature replacement
The required heating temperature must be selected according to the gas composition, moisture content and analytical method.
The standard hose supports temperatures up to 230°C. Other temperature requirements can be evaluated according to the inner tube, insulation and sensor configuration.
Uniformly arranged heating elements help reduce temperature differences along the sample line and minimize localized cold sections.
The insulation layer reduces heat loss between the sampling probe and analytical equipment.
The hose is designed for flexible installation around gas pretreatment cabinets, monitoring instruments and laboratory equipment.
The inner tube can be selected according to:
Gas composition
Corrosiveness
Required temperature
Sample purity
Tube quantity
Analytical method
Single-tube and multi-tube sample-line configurations can be evaluated according to the project.

110V

Original sample line or technical drawing
We manufacture heated hose and sample-line assemblies directly, supporting efficient technical confirmation.
The hose can be matched to different pretreatment systems, gas analyzers and monitoring cabinets.
Customized production can begin after the tube, sensor, connector and electrical specifications are confirmed.
Prototype sample lines can be manufactured for equipment testing.
Replacement hoses can be developed from an original sample, drawing, equipment model or connector measurements.
