A single-layer PTFE braided hose combines the chemical resistance and smooth internal surface of PTFE with the pressure reinforcement of a high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid.
The JCC-01100-PTFE series uses a smooth PTFE inner tube covered by one stainless steel braided reinforcement layer. This construction helps control tube expansion under pressure while protecting the PTFE tube from external mechanical damage.
