High Temperature PTFE Heated Hose with Non-Stick Bore & Uniform Heating for Polyurethane Foam Production Systems

In polyurethane foam and laminating production, the quality of the finished product is decided long before the mix reaches the head—it is decided in the temperature of each feed line along the way. This Heated Hose is engineered for polyurethane foam production systems, laminating machines, and two-component metering platforms, carrying polyol and isocyanate components at a ratio-stable temperature from the metering unit to the mixing head. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled component transfer, it protects mixing accuracy and foam cell structure across continuous production runs.

Each component flows through a non-stick PTFE bore whose slick surface resists pre-cure buildup—keeping lines cleaner between runs and shortening changeovers when switching products. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, delivering ratio-stable temperature with no cool sections where viscosity could drift and upset the mix. The corrosion-resistant interior stands up to the chemistry of both PU components, while the flexible construction follows dispensing heads and machine movement without kinking, and the insulated cover keeps heat in during long production cycles.
