Jingcheng PTFE heated hose is designed for long-time continuous glue transfer on automatic gluing lines. Composite structure with PTFE liner, heating layer and outer insulation shell reduces heat loss and keeps consistent temperature along the hose, preventing glue solidification and unstable output.
The anti-stick PTFE inner surface minimizes glue buildup and blockage, cutting downtime for cleaning. We offer full non-standard customization: special connectors, extended length, built-in temperature sensor and custom voltage are available. It can replace imported heated hoses for many dispensing machines.
