SHENZHEN, China — Shenzhen Jingcheng High-tech Co., Ltd. (Jingcheng) is offering its JCC-20000-PTFE smooth inner, corrugated outer PTFE spring hose for process lines that run hot, pressurized and corrosive at the same time.
The hose has three layers:
a smooth PTFE inner tube
a 304 stainless steel spiral spring middle layer
a corrugated outer profile
It is rated from -65°C to 260°C. It comes in seven standard sizes from 1/4" to 1", and custom builds are available to customer parameters.
A flexible hose on a hot oil, steam or corrosive chemical line carries three loads at once: chemical, thermal and mechanical. PTFE handles the chemical and thermal loads well. The mechanical load, meaning pressure combined with bending, is where unreinforced hoses struggle. In hot service, that kind of failure is a safety incident, not just a maintenance ticket.

Smooth inner wall
The medium touches only a smooth PTFE surface.
There are no internal ridges where residue can settle.
Lines flush and drain more completely between batches and product changes.
304 spiral spring
The stainless steel spring keeps the hose round under pressure and through bends.
At 1/4", it gives a working pressure of 396 psi (2.64 MPa) and a burst pressure of 1276 psi (8.8 MPa).
Corrugated outer profile
Flexibility comes from the outside of the hose, not from the flow path.
Minimum bend radius is 19 mm at 1/4" and 75 mm at 1".
