Introduction

A lightweight aramid braided PTFE hose is designed for fluid systems that require high working pressure, chemical resistance, flexible installation and reduced hose weight.

The JCC-04100-PTFE series consists of a straight PTFE inner tube reinforced with a high-strength aramid woven outer layer. According to the product catalog, the inner tube provides anti-static performance, while the aramid braid offers strong pressure reinforcement without the weight of a conventional stainless steel outer braid.

This hose is suitable for transferring fuel, gas, coolants, lubricants, strong acids, strong alkalis and compatible organic solvents. Typical applications include hydraulic machinery, trains, automobiles, ships, aircraft and other industrial or transportation systems.

Product Structure

The hose contains two primary functional layers.

Anti-Static PTFE Inner Tube
