A solvent-free laminating machine heated hose is designed to transfer temperature-sensitive adhesive between the supply unit, metering system, mixing section and coating unit of a solvent-free laminator.
Solvent-free laminating adhesives are highly dependent on temperature. When the adhesive cools inside the transfer line, its viscosity may increase, resulting in unstable flow, higher pump pressure, inaccurate metering and inconsistent coating performance.
