Product Overview

Polyurethane equipment often depends on precise material behavior before the components even reach the mixing head.

If a PU material cools inside the transfer hose, its viscosity can change. In a two-component system, component A and component B may then respond differently to the same metering conditions.

The result can be unstable pressure, inconsistent flow or deviations in the material feed before mixing.

Jingcheng's polyurethane heated transfer hose is designed for single-component and two-component PU equipment, laminating machines and connecting systems where temperature stability is part of the production process.

The standard product supports temperatures up to 180°C.
