Introduction

A TPU-covered PTFE braided hose combines the chemical resistance of a smooth PTFE inner tube, the pressure reinforcement of a 304 stainless steel braid and the external protection of a smooth thermoplastic polyurethane jacket.

The JCC-61100-PTFE series is designed for applications where an exposed stainless steel braid may collect contamination, scratch nearby equipment or suffer from external abrasion.

The outer jacket creates a cleaner and smoother surface while protecting the stainless steel reinforcement. The catalog indicates that black, red, blue and other customized colors are available.

This hose is suitable for pharmaceutical, food-processing, cosmetics, beverage, paint, adhesive, chemical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications when the complete hose assembly is correctly specified.

Product Construction

The hose contains three functional layers.

Smooth PTFE Inner Tube

The material-contact layer provides:
