A convoluted PTFE braided hose is designed for fluid systems requiring chemical resistance, pressure reinforcement and exceptionally flexible routing.
The JCC-11100-PTFE series uses a corrugated PTFE inner hose surrounded by one layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel braid. The convoluted construction provides a much smaller bending radius than conventional smooth-bore PTFE hoses.
This product is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and industrial equipment where the hose must pass through restricted installation spaces or accommodate equipment movement.
Compact machinery often provides limited space for hose installation.
