A copper-wire wound PTFE hose is designed for high-pressure fluid systems that require chemical resistance, flexible bending performance and multi-layer reinforcement.
The JCC-03100-PTFE series uses a lightweight PTFE straight inner tube. One or two layers of copper-plated steel wire are wound around the tube as the middle reinforcement, while an external 304 stainless steel braid provides additional pressure resistance and mechanical protection.
This structure is suitable for fuel, gas, coolant, lubricants, strong acids, strong alkalis and various compatible organic solvents.
A steel-wire wound PTFE braided hose combines three main structures:
PTFE straight inner tube
One or two copper-plated steel wire winding layers
304 stainless steel braided outer reinforcement
The winding layer improves hose strength while maintaining flexible bending performance.
The external stainless steel braid protects the hose and increases its capacity to withstand internal pressure.
Fuel, hydraulic and aerospace pipelines may be exposed to:
High working pressure
Vibration
Repeated movement
Fuel and solvent exposure
Temperature changes
Compact routing
Weight restrictions
Harsh operating environments
A wire-wound PTFE hose provides reinforced pressure capability while retaining a relatively lightweight and flexible structure.
The PTFE straight inner tube offers chemical resistance while helping control total hose weight.
One or two winding layers provide reinforcement and help improve pressure resistance and bending performance.
The external braid provides mechanical protection and additional pressure support.
The wound reinforcement structure allows the hose to remain flexible for equipment and vehicle installation.
The hose is designed for low- and high-temperature fluid transfer applications.
The hose can be configured for compatible:
Fuel
Gas
Strong acids
Strong alkalis
Organic solvents
Coolants
Lubricants
Fuel delivery pipelines
Gas transfer systems
Coolant circulation lines
Lubrication systems
Hydraulic machinery
Automotive fluid lines
Railway equipment
Marine pipelines
Aircraft fluid systems
Rocket and spacecraft pipelines
Satellite equipment
Chemical processing systems
Hazardous chemical transfer
