JINGCHENG Custom-Built Electrically Heated Hose Assemblies are the "special custom hose" line of our heated hose catalog: complete heated lines engineered around one specific machine, medium or installation, rather than picked from a standard size chart. When a standard hot-melt, sealant, polyurethane, food or water heating hose does not fit your equipment, our engineers build the assembly from your drawing, sample or working conditions — inner tube, heating element, insulation, outer cover, sensor, end fittings and electrical connectors included.

Heated hoses with on-hose control boxes — black braided heated hoses with stainless steel braided ends and large hex nuts, fitted with JINGCHENG junction boxes that carry a temperature adjustment knob directly on the hose.
Heated hose assemblies with angled end fittings — short heated lines with JINGCHENG-branded junction boxes, black insulated jackets and 90° elbow fittings, built in matched sets for multi-channel machines.
Color-coded heated lines — braided heated hoses with colored identification sleeves and stainless fittings, assembled and checked on the workbench before packing.
Fittings (接头) — stainless steel hose nipples and barbed tails in a graduated range of sizes, plus heavy-duty rectangular industrial connectors and round waterproof connectors for the power and sensor leads.
One-piece solution: hose, heating, sensor, wiring and fittings are designed together, so the line installs directly on your machine without adapters.
Matched to the medium: inner tube type is chosen for the fluid — stainless steel corrugated tube, PTFE hose with stainless steel braid, PTFE hose or a special material.
Matched to the controller: voltage, sensor type, pin number, wire color and function are wired to your controller end and gun or tool end.
Consistent multi-channel sets: several lines for the same machine are built and labeled as a set.
Factory assembly: every assembly is produced, crimped, assembled and inspected in our own workshop before shipping.
Custom heated assemblies are supplied wherever a standard heated hose cannot meet the layout or the medium: special machines with unusual layouts or media, multi-channel equipment that needs matched sets of heated lines, and equipment builders who need the same heated line repeated for every machine they ship.

A typical code such as JCH-200-16-B-3X220-P2-8 is read as follows: 200 = working temperature 200°C; 16 = inner diameter Φ16 mm; B = inner tube type (B stainless steel corrugated tube, TB PTFE hose with stainless steel braid, T PTFE hose, X special material); 3X220 = supply (220 = 220 V single phase, 3X220 = three-phase four-wire 220 V); P2 = sensor (P2 PT100 two-wire, P3 PT100 three-wire, K Type K, J Type J, W no sensor, T special sensor); 8 = working pressure 8 MPa.

No gases that corrode metal or damage insulation, no conductive media and no severe mold in the surroundings; other environments are handled as custom builds
Connect the hose strictly according to its technical data and the pin table delivered with it.
Never twist the hose sideways during or after installation; torsion can lead to leakage, flow loss, hose damage or fire.
Keep bends generous; over-bending can damage the hose and cause short circuit, leakage or fire.
Let only authorized, trained operators handle the hose, ideally a dedicated team.
Unauthorized modification or adjustment voids the warranty.
