Our Heated Hoses include this high temperature and high pressure series engineered for automotive paint shops, providing a custom flexible heated hose solution for industrial adhesive and dosing technology applications on coating lines. It reliably transfers seam sealers, adhesives, PVC plastisols and coating materials from the supply system to the application point — even under high system pressure at elevated temperatures.

The inner tube is made of premium PTFE material with outstanding chemical stability and a non-stick surface. It resists corrosion from aggressive sealant and coating media, prevents material build-up and makes flushing and color changes fast and clean — essential for the high-cycle demands of automotive production.

Multi-layer pressure-resistant steel wire reinforcement gives the hose exceptional pressure-bearing capability at elevated temperatures, standing up to the pulsation and pressure spikes of pumping and dosing systems. The heating layer consists of uniformly woven heating elements, maintaining stable material temperature and viscosity along the entire hose — the foundation of precise bead profiles, consistent sealing quality and high first-pass yield. High-efficiency insulation reduces heat loss and keeps the outer surface safe for line operators.
