This Heated Hose is engineered for polyurethane laminating systems and metering equipment, carrying polyol and isocyanate components at a ratio-stable temperature from the metering unit to the mixing head. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled component transfer, it protects bond strength, foam cell structure, and first-pass yield across continuous production operations.

Each component flows through a pre-cure resistant PTFE bore whose non-stick surface refuses to let early-curing polyurethane take hold—keeping lines cleaner between runs and shortening changeovers when switching products. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, delivering ratio-stable temperature with no cool sections where viscosity could drift and tilt the mix, while the corrosion-resistant bore withstands the chemistry of both components over a long service life. The high-flexibility construction follows dispensing heads and moving machine parts without kinking, and the insulated cover keeps heat in through long production cycles.
