This Heated Hose is built for gas sampling and monitoring applications on emission measurement systems, flue gas pretreatment equipment, and analyzer connections in industrial plants and environmental stations. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled gas transfer, it protects sample integrity from the sampling probe to the analyzer inlet.

Sample gas passes through a corrosion-resistant PTFE bore that stands up to aggressive flue gas components without degrading—important for lines that run continuously in harsh stack environments. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, providing stable temperature holding that keeps the sample safely above its dew point with no cold spots where condensation could form.
