Conventional hoses are highly prone to hardening, brittleness, cracking, pressure collapse, and vacuum suction under dual extreme conditions of ultra-low temperature and high pressure, leading to frequent pipe bursts and leaks when conveying liquid nitrogen, low-temperature refrigerants, and high-pressure corrosive gases. This custom high-pressure low-temperature PTFE corrugated tube is specifically developed for harsh deep-cold high-pressure environments, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary tetrafluoroethylene tubes such as loss of low-temperature toughness and insufficient pressure resistance.
I. Dual Core Performance: Ultra-Low Temperature Resistance + High Pressure Resistance
1. Non-Brittle at Deep Cold, Maintains Flexibility and Shape
Made from virgin high-purity PTFE through integral corrugation molding, it retains excellent bending flexibility at -196°C liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen low temperatures, with no hardening, cracking, or stress fractures. It maintains stable performance after thousands of thermal cycles, suitable for low-temperature energy storage, cold chain refrigerants, and low-temperature chemical medium conveyance.
2. Corrugated Reinforced High-Pressure Structure, Resists Vacuum Collapse
Optimized Ω-shaped thickened corrugated profile enhances the circumferential rigidity of the tube wall. With an inherent pressure-reinforcing structure, it can stably withstand high-pressure fluid and vacuum negative pressure conveyance, resisting expansion deformation and suction collapse. The outer layer can be paired with a stainless steel braided layer to further increase burst pressure, ensuring no leakage or permeation during long-term high-pressure conveyance.
