A hot melt adhesive heated hose is designed for hot melt glue machines, PUR adhesive equipment and glue dispensing systems that require stable temperature control during adhesive transfer. In hot melt adhesive production and application, temperature stability is critical. If the adhesive cools inside the hose, viscosity may increase, flow may become unstable and equipment downtime may occur.

Compared with ordinary hoses, this product is designed to keep adhesive at the required temperature during transfer, helping prevent solidification, viscosity increase and unstable dispensing.
Hot melt adhesive must remain within a suitable temperature range to flow properly. If the hose has cold spots or unstable heating, the adhesive may become thick, block the pipeline, or affect glue dispensing quality.
A properly designed hot melt glue heated hose helps maintain consistent adhesive temperature from the tank to the dispensing head. This improves production stability and reduces maintenance pressure.
