Our Standard Low Temperature High Pressure PTFE Corrugated Bellows are engineered for general industrial fluid transmission projects, adopting high-purity virgin PTFE raw material with integral one-piece molding process. Different from ordinary plastic hoses, this PTFE bellows maintains excellent toughness and flexible bending performance under cryogenic working conditions, and stably bears continuous high-pressure medium impact without cracking or pipe bursting.
Featuring outstanding chemical inertness, this convoluted tubing resists almost all strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvent and corrosive chemical media. The smooth inner wall avoids medium adhesion and scaling, realizing unobstructed long-term fluid circulation. Integrated corrugated structure enhances axial displacement compensation ability, which can effectively buffer pipeline vibration, thermal expansion and installation position deviation.
