An emission monitoring system is only as reliable as the sample line feeding it—condense the gas, contaminate it, or alter it in transit, and every reading that follows is suspect. This Heated Hose is purpose-built for gas sampling lines and continuous emission monitoring systems, carrying sample gas from the probe through pretreatment to the analyzer inlet without change. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled gas transfer, it protects measurement integrity across power plants, industrial facilities, environmental stations, and laboratory setups in every climate.
Sample gas passes through a non-absorbing PTFE bore that neither takes anything from the sample nor releases anything into it—so the composition measured at the analyzer matches exactly what was drawn at the source, months and seasons later. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, holding the line safely above its dew point with no cold spots where moisture could condense and corrupt the data, while stable temperature output keeps conditions constant through long unattended runs. All-season insulation retains heat from desert heat to arctic cold, and the flexible construction with a small bending radius routes neatly into analyzer cabinets and along pretreatment skids without kinking.
