Teflon Hot Melt Adhesive Conveying Heater Product Introduction
The Teflon heated adhesive conveying tube is a core conveying component of the hot melt adhesive machine system, connecting the hot melt adhesive main unit with the dispensing gun and coating die. It ensures that the hot melt adhesive remains in a molten and flowing state throughout the pipeline via uniform temperature heating, preventing common issues such as adhesive cooling and solidification, pipeline blockage, and adhesive carbonization and discoloration.
The inner layer of the tube is made from imported high-purity PTFE raw material through integral extrusion molding, featuring a dense and smooth surface with excellent non-stick properties. It does not leave residue on the pipe walls when conveying various high-temperature hot melt adhesives over the long term, making cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient. The stable temperature resistance range is -60℃ to 250℃, matching the working temperature requirements of most industrial hot melt adhesives. It also withstands corrosion from additives within the adhesive, reducing the risk of pipeline cracking and leakage.
The heating element consists of UL-certified nickel-chromium alloy heating wires uniformly wound, paired with an integrated PT100 temperature sensing wire for sensitive temperature control response. The entire tube body heats evenly without local overheating or cold spots. A thickened heat-resistant insulation cotton layer in the middle locks in heat, minimizing heat loss and keeping the outer tube wall temperature low to avoid scalding hazards to operators. An outer stainless steel braided mesh enhances tensile and pressure resistance, allowing the tube to be flexible when bent and suitable for installation in narrow equipment spaces.
All specifications are customizable: total tube length, bore diameter, working voltage, power, and end connector styles (quick-connect, threaded, flange) can be produced according to customer equipment drawings. All products undergo three quality inspections before shipment: power-on temperature testing, sealed pressure testing, and insulation testing. All defective products are completely rejected, ensuring high product stability.
