High Temperature PTFE Heat Traced Conveying Hose
This heat traced pipeline adopts integrated composite molding technology. The inner layer is made of high-purity PTFE, featuring outstanding non-stick property. Viscous hot melt glue, resin and chemical solvents pass through without wall adhesion, greatly lowering pipeline cleaning frequency.
The middle layer is equipped with surrounding heating components and multi-layer heat preservation buffer layers. Heat evenly wraps the tube to prevent medium solidification and flow interruption caused by temperature drop during transportation, with lasting heat retention performance. The external stainless steel braided reinforcement improves negative pressure and tensile resistance, resisting cracking and leakage after repeated bending in narrow workshop spaces.
The outer insulating protective sleeve is moisture-proof and wear-resistant to prevent short circuit risks. Compatible with hot melt spray machines, coating equipment and fluid batching conveying devices. Customizable inner diameter, overall length, fitting types and heating configurations are available to fit long-term continuous operation of various industrial automated production lines.
