A PTFE inner corrugated braided hose is a flexible hose made with a corrugated PTFE inner hose and a stainless steel braided reinforcement layer. The corrugated PTFE structure improves bending performance, while the 304 stainless steel braid increases pressure resistance, external protection and overall hose durability.
This structure makes the hose suitable for applications where ordinary PTFE tubing may be too rigid, but the system still requires chemical resistance, temperature resistance and pressure capability.
