Sample gas travels through a PTFE inner tube that neither reacts with the media nor releases anything into it, so the composition measured at the analyzer matches what was drawn at the source. Along the entire line, a continuous heating element holds temperature safely above the dew point, while the insulated outer cover retains heat and protects the hose in exposed installations.
