Crack sealing is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of asphalt and concrete pavement, but it depends on one condition: the hot sealant must stay fluid all the way from the melter kettle to the applicator wand. Once it cools inside the hose, flow drops, the operator has to wait for the line to recover and the sealant can harden in place. JINGCHENG's crack sealing machine hose is an electrically heated hose for all types of road maintenance equipment and crack sealing equipment, heat resistant up to 230°C and made with a unique inner tube reinforcement technology that secures the service life of the hose.
Hot, viscous material: sealant must be held at its application temperature to flow and wet the crack properly.
Constant movement: the hose is pulled, dragged and flexed along the road as the operator follows each crack.
Outdoor conditions: cold mornings, wind and sun all affect how fast an unheated or poorly insulated line loses heat.
Downtime costs: a blocked or failed hose stops the whole crew and the traffic management around it.
JINGCHENG's own inner tube reinforcement technology is the core of this hose. Strengthening the tube that carries the sealant helps it withstand heat, pressure and the mechanical stress of field use, which is what secures its working life on maintenance equipment.
The heating layer consists of uniformly braided heating elements, minimizing the temperature difference along the inner wall. The sealant is heated evenly instead of being overheated in one section and cooled in another.
High-insulation-efficiency materials are selected with the hose surface temperature in mind, so less heat is lost to the air and the outer jacket stays more comfortable for the operator to handle.
The hose can carry the sensor used by the machine's controller, from Type J and Type K thermocouples to Ni120, PT100 and PT1000 elements, so the sealing machine can regulate hose temperature accurately.

Connect the hose strictly according to its technical data and the pin table delivered with it.
Never twist the hose sideways during or after installation; torsion can lead to leakage, flow loss, hose damage or fire.
Keep bends generous; over-bending can damage the hose and cause short circuit, leakage or fire.
Let only authorized, trained operators handle the hose, ideally a dedicated team.
Unauthorized modification or adjustment voids the warranty.
