A temperature-stabilized adhesive hose for PUR and hot-melt equipment transfers heated adhesive from the melter or pump to the dispensing head while maintaining controlled material temperature.
Hot-melt and polyurethane reactive adhesives are sensitive to temperature changes. If the adhesive cools inside the transfer hose, its viscosity may rise, creating unstable flow, excessive pressure or material blockage.
