Solvent-free lamination bonds films, foils and papers without solvent evaporation, but it places tight demands on adhesive handling. The two-component or one-component adhesive is metered and mixed at a controlled temperature, and its viscosity, pot life and coating weight all depend on that temperature being held from the metering and mixing unit to the coating station. JINGCHENG's solvent-free laminator hose is an electrically heated hose applied to all kinds of solvent-free laminating machines, both imported and domestic, heat resistant up to 230°C. A number of laminating machine brands in the industry have maintained long-term, stable cooperation with JINGCHENG for this hose.
Hold viscosity steady: adhesive viscosity changes with temperature, so a cool hose changes coating weight.
Protect bond quality: uneven adhesive temperature can show up as poor wetting or inconsistent bond strength.
Run continuously: laminators work long shifts, and the hose must hold temperature for the whole run.
Fit compact machines: adhesive supply lines on laminators use small bores and tight routing.
Uniformly braided heating elements surround the inner tube and minimize the temperature difference along the inner wall, so the adhesive arrives at the coating unit at the temperature it left the mixer.
Insulation materials are chosen with the hose surface temperature in mind, cutting heat loss, reducing energy use and keeping the outer surface safer around the machine.
The catalog range covers 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" ID, which suits the moderate adhesive flows of solvent-free laminating lines.
A Type J or Type K thermocouple, Ni120, PT100 or PT1000 sensor can be integrated to match the laminator's temperature control.

Connect the hose strictly according to its technical data and the pin table delivered with it.
Never twist the hose sideways during or after installation; torsion can lead to leakage, flow loss, hose damage or fire.
Keep bends generous; over-bending can damage the hose and cause short circuit, leakage or fire.
Let only authorized, trained operators handle the hose, ideally a dedicated team.
