An ultra-flexible convoluted PTFE braided hose is designed for systems that require chemical resistance, pressure reinforcement and an exceptionally small bending radius.
The hose uses a corrugated PTFE inner tube covered by one layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid. The convoluted PTFE structure provides significantly greater flexibility than a conventional smooth-bore PTFE tube, while the stainless steel braid increases working pressure and protects the hose against external damage.
The JCC-11100-PTFE series is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and industrial equipment where compact routing and flexible movement are required.
Industrial equipment often has limited installation space. The hose may need to route around pumps, valves, frames or other machine components.

The hose is suitable for both low-temperature and elevated-temperature applications.
PTFE is resistant to many acids, alkalis, solvents and corrosive process media.
Catalog sizes range from 1/4 inch to 2 inches.
