A convoluted PTFE hose is designed for equipment requiring excellent chemical resistance and significantly greater flexibility than conventional smooth-wall PTFE tubing.
The JCC-10000-PTFE series has corrugated inner and outer PTFE walls. The convoluted structure allows the hose to bend in compact spaces while maintaining the chemical and temperature resistance associated with PTFE.
This hose is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and industrial fluid-transfer systems where limited installation space, machine vibration or flexible routing is required.
Smooth PTFE tubing provides stable fluid flow but generally requires a larger bending radius.
