Metal hoses and PTFE pipes are often mistaken for the same material due to their many similarities, including high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and other common characteristics. And it is widely used in industries such as electrical, chemical, mechanical, metal surface treatment, pharmaceutical, medical, food, metallurgical smelting, etc. as high and low temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant materials, insulation materials, anti stick coatings, etc., making it an irreplaceable product. After all, the materials are different, so there are still many different characteristics.

1.Sliding property: Teflon coating has a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.

2. High temperature resistance: Teflon pipes have excellent high and low temperature resistance characteristics, with a maximum temperature of 300 ℃ in a short period of time. They can be continuously used between 240 ℃ and 260 ℃, and can work at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle or melting at high temperatures.

3. Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance. Under limited load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non adhesion.

4. Corrosion resistance: It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, and resistance to various organic solvents. It is almost insoluble in all solvents and can protect parts from corrosion by any chemicals.
