PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) tubes, known as the "King of Plastics", are core special pipes in the field of modern industrial fluid transportation. Made of high-purity polymer material polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene monomers, they are superior to ordinary pipes such as silicone, PVC and PE in terms of extreme chemical stability, ultra-low friction coefficient, ultra-wide temperature resistance range and excellent anti-adhesion and aging resistance. They work stably for a long time at -70℃ to 260℃, without softening, deformation or collapse at high temperatures, and no brittle cracking or hardening at low temperatures, adapting to harsh working conditions such as constant temperature heating and alternating high and low temperatures. Thirdly, ultra-low self-lubrication and anti-adhesion. With a friction coefficient as low as 0.04, it is one of the best self-lubricating solid materials, featuring hydrophobic and oleophobic surface that will not adhere to wax, colloid and high-viscosity media. Fourthly, excellent physical toughness. The tubes are flexible and bend-resistant, not easy to break after repeated bending, suitable for complex equipment wiring and narrow installation spaces, with a service life much longer than ordinary plastic pipes.

Advantages of Wax-Modified PTFE Tubes

Although ordinary PTFE tubes have excellent performance, they still have adaptation shortcomings in conveying molten paraffin and wax-based composite materials. The professionally wax-modified PTFE tubes adopt exclusive inner wall infiltration modification technology on the basis of original PTFE materials to upgrade the conveying performance in a targeted manner. Compared with ordinary pipes, their adaptability to wax materials is greatly improved, which can completely avoid wax wall adhesion, wax accumulation and pipe clogging, and maintain high-speed and smooth flow of molten wax throughout the process.
