In every hot melt and PUR adhesive system, the hose between melter and applicator decides whether the adhesive arrives at the gun at the right temperature. Too little heat and the adhesive thickens, the bead becomes irregular and nozzles block; uneven heat and the adhesive degrades or chars. JINGCHENG's hot melt hose is an electrically heated adhesive hose for hot melt adhesive machines and PUR adhesive machines, heat resistant up to 230°C. Instead of the traditional manual winding method, JINGCHENG winds these hoses on fully automated equipment, so every hose is built identically and delivers consistent, durable quality.
Heat loss: adhesive cools in a poorly heated or insulated hose and its viscosity rises
Local overheating: hot spots degrade the adhesive, leading to char and blocked nozzles
Irregular glue lines: viscosity changes along the hose appear as uneven beads at the gun

A purpose-built heated adhesive hose keeps the adhesive at a stable temperature from the melter outlet to the gun.
JINGCHENG hot melt hoses are wound on fully automated equipment rather than by hand. Machine winding gives repeatable tension and layer placement, so finished hoses are consistent and long-lasting.
Evenly braided heating elements form the heating layer and keep the inner-wall temperature difference to a minimum, so the adhesive is heated uniformly rather than overheated in some places and cooled in others.
Insulating materials with high efficiency are applied around the heating layer, selected with the hose surface temperature in mind. This saves energy and keeps the outer surface safer for operators.
The hose can be fitted with the sensor your melter uses (Type J or Type K thermocouple, Ni120, PT100 or PT1000) and with the pin layout of the melter end and gun end.

Connect the hose strictly according to its technical data and the pin table delivered with it.
Never twist the hose sideways during or after installation; torsion can lead to leakage, flow loss, hose damage or fire.
Keep bends generous; over-bending can damage the hose and cause short circuit, leakage or fire.
Let only authorized, trained operators handle the hose, ideally a dedicated team.
Unauthorized modification or adjustment voids the warranty.
