Hot-applied crack sealants only work when they reach the crack hot and fluid. If the sealant cools in the delivery hose between the melter kettle and the applicator wand, it thickens, flow drops, the bead becomes uneven and the hose can block. JINGCHENG's Crack Sealing Machine Hose is an electrically heated hose for all types of road maintenance equipment and crack sealing equipment. It is heat resistant up to 230°C, keeps the material evenly heated along its full length, and uses JINGCHENG's unique inner tube reinforcement technology to secure a long hose service life.
The delivery hose is one of the hardest-working parts of a crack sealing machine:
Heat loss: sealant cools quickly in an unheated hose, especially in cold or windy weather
Blockage: material that thickens or sets in the line stops work and is difficult to clear
Uneven application: viscosity changes along the hose show up as inconsistent sealant beads in the crack
Hard service conditions: the hose is dragged, flexed and moved along the road surface all day, which wears out weak inner tubes
A dedicated heated hose keeps the sealant at working temperature from the kettle to the wand and stands up to daily road work.
JINGCHENG crack sealing machine hoses use a unique inner tube reinforcement technology. The reinforced inner tube is the core of the hose's durability and is what secures its service life under repeated heating and handling.
The heating layer is made of uniformly braided heating elements, which minimizes the temperature difference across the inner wall. The sealant is heated evenly, without hot spots that overheat the material or cold spots where it begins to set.
High-insulation-efficiency materials are used around the heating layer, chosen with the hose surface temperature in mind. This reduces energy loss on the truck or trailer and keeps the outside of the hose safer for operators.
The hose can be built with the temperature sensor your machine's controller uses (Type J or Type K thermocouple, Ni120, PT100 or PT1000), with voltage and connector wiring to match.

16: hose inner diameter in mm (16 = Φ16)
B: inner tube material (B = stainless steel corrugated tube; TB = PTFE hose with stainless steel braid; T = PTFE hose; X = special material)
3X220: working voltage (220 = 220 V; 3X220 = three-phase four-wire 220 V)

The surrounding medium should not contain gases that corrode metal or damage insulation, or conductive media, and severe mold must not be present. For special environments, contact us for a customized hose.
Wire the hose according to its technical parameters and the pin table supplied with it.
Do not twist the hose sideways during or after installation; lateral twisting can cause leakage, flow loss, hose damage or fire.
Avoid sharp bends; bending the hose too tightly can damage it and cause short circuit, leakage or fire.
The hose should be operated only by authorized and trained personnel, ideally the same dedicated operators.
Unauthorized modification or adjustment of the hose voids the warranty.
