Wax that cools in the line brings production to a stop. This Heated Hose is built to keep paraffin and similar waxy media fully molten from the reservoir to the outlet, serving 3D printing machines, precision casting equipment, and compact dosing systems where flow must stay smooth and uninterrupted. As a flexible electrically heated hose for low-pressure setups, it routes easily through tight machine layouts and around moving components.

The inner tube is made from PTFE, whose non-stick surface lets molten wax glide through without clinging or residue forming on the wall. Wrapped around it, a uniform heating element holds the entire hose at a steady temperature—no cold spots where wax could start to set. The soft outer insulation keeps heat in and surface temperatures down, while the pliable construction tolerates repeated bending during everyday operation.
