A flexible convoluted PTFE hose is designed for fluid transfer systems that require strong chemical resistance and a small bending radius.
Unlike conventional smooth PTFE tubing, the inner and outer surfaces of this hose have a corrugated or convoluted structure. This structure significantly improves flexibility and allows the hose to follow complex equipment layouts.
The JCC-10000-PTFE series is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and industrial fluid transfer applications.
Smooth PTFE tubing provides clean flow but may require a relatively large bending radius.

A convoluted PTFE hose offers improved flexibility while retaining the chemical and temperature resistance of PTFE.

PTFE is compatible with many acids, alkalis, solvents and corrosive process fluids.
The catalog temperature range is -70°C to +260°C.
