Product Introduction

Electric Heated PTFE Hot Melt Glue Hose is specially manufactured for industrial hot melt adhesive delivery. The inner liner is made of virgin smooth PTFE, matched with carbon fiber heating wire, multi-layer high-density thermal insulation and wear-resistant flame-retardant outer jacket. Standard 220V voltage with built-in PT100 temperature sensor to keep constant glue temperature. Compatible with all hot melt machines and spray guns, widely used in packaging, automotive, mattress, non-woven, furniture edge banding industries. Custom ID, length, fitting and cable are available.

Virgin PTFE inner tube with ultra-low friction coefficient prevents adhesive residue and carbon buildup. Temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃, compatible with EVA, polyolefin, wax and all hot melt adhesives. Chemical inertness avoids glue deterioration and smooths glue flow.

Thick composite heat insulation cotton locks internal heat effectively, low surface temperature to prevent scalding and cut power consumption. Outer braided jacket is flame retardant, waterproof and bend-resistant, no crack or wire break after frequent bending.

4. High Pressure & Flexible Routing

Built-in stainless steel braided reinforcement for high pressure dispensing. Small bending radius allows flexible layout in narrow automatic production lines, no collapse or blockage.

5. Full Customization, Universal Compatibility

Standard inner diameter: 6/8/10/13/16/20/25mm, length from 0.5m to 30m. Thread fitting, aviation plug and quick connector can be customized to fit Robatech, Nordson and all domestic hot melt machines.
