Every emission measurement stands or falls on the condition of the gas that reaches the analyzer—condense it, contaminate it, or alter it, and the data is worthless. This Heated Hose is purpose-built for gas sampling lines and emission measurement systems, carrying sample gas from the probe through pretreatment to the analyzer inlet without change. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled gas transfer, it protects measurement confidence in power plants, industrial facilities, environmental stations, and laboratory setups.
Sample gas passes through a contamination-free PTFE bore that neither absorbs nor releases anything—so the composition measured at the analyzer matches exactly what was drawn at the source. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, holding the line safely above its dew point with no cold spots where moisture could condense and corrupt the reading, while stable temperature output keeps conditions constant through long unattended runs. All-season insulation retains heat through summer heat and winter wind alike, and the flexible construction with a small bending radius routes neatly into analyzer cabinets and along pretreatment skids without kinking.
