Product Introduction

PTFE heating tube is made of stainless steel heating core fully wrapped with thick virgin PTFE, with integrated insulation and anti-corrosion performance. It is suitable for hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, plating and etching liquid and other corrosive media. It delivers uniform heating, anti-scaling surface and zero metal ion precipitation to avoid liquid contamination. Equipped with extended cold zone, overheat protector and ground wire to prevent dry burning and electric leakage. Custom shapes including U-type, L-type, spiral and W-type are available, widely used in surface treatment, chemical industry and semiconductor cleaning.
