PTFE Constant Temperature Heated Conveying Hose

The inner tube is made of virgin PTFE base material with ultra-low friction coefficient. It avoids residue adhesion and pipeline blockage when conveying glue and chemical raw materials. The interlayer integrates an integrated heating circuit and multi-layer thermal insulation cladding to retain heat efficiently, maintaining stable constant temperature for flowing media and preventing local solidification caused by temperature drop.

The outer high-strength metal braided reinforcement layer resists tension and torsion, retains shape after repeated bending and bears high working pressure. The insulated protective layer eliminates electric leakage hazards for safe and stable operation.
