At the core sits a seamless PTFE flow path with exceptional thermal and chemical resistance. Every connection is hermetically sealed, creating a closed channel that isolates the adhesive from ambient humidity from the moment it leaves the melter until it reaches the applicator. Temperature precision is equally critical for PUR. Our precision-woven heating elements wrap the hose uniformly, holding the adhesive at its ideal application window along every centimetre of the line.
