This Heated Hose is built for compact, low pressure equipment where the line must bend sharply, coil small, and move with the machine—3D printers, small dosing units, and benchtop laboratory systems among them. Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled media delivery, it trades rigid structure for softness without giving up heating performance.

Media flows through a PTFE inner tube whose slick surface lets waxes and viscous fluids pass without clinging, so the bore stays clear with little maintenance. Around the tube, a uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, holding every section at the same condition—no cool spots where flow could slow or material could set. The soft, kink-free body follows tight radii and repeated flexing, routing neatly through crowded machine interiors and around moving parts.
