Made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene resin through precision extrusion technology, the pipe wall is smooth and uniform, the thickness is precise and controllable, it has strong chemical inertness, no adsorption, no penetration, and eliminates medium pollution, residue, and scaling from the root. At the same time, it has an extremely low friction coefficient, low fluid transportation resistance, and higher transportation efficiency.
-Outer layer: high-strength woven reinforcement layer
Using SUS304/316 stainless steel wire, high toughness aramid fiber and other materials, a dense mesh protective layer is formed through CNC weaving technology, effectively improving the compressive, tensile, torsional, and wear resistance of the pipe, avoiding deformation and rupture of the pipe under high pressure, bending, and vibration environments, while enhancing overall structural stability and extending service life.
