Pioneer Heated Hose

In high-temperature production environments, even “simple” transfer lines can become a weak link: temperature drop along the hose can cause process instability, extra maintenance, and unplanned downtime. Heated hoses are designed for insulation + heat tracing during transfer, helping prevent viscous media from solidifying/freezing or increasing viscosity.

The Pioneer Hose in our catalog is mainly used on glass production lines for inert gas transfer, where stable operation and heat management are critical.
