Introduction

A spring-reinforced smooth-bore PTFE hose combines clean internal flow, high flexibility and additional structural support.

The JCC-20000-PTFE series uses a smooth PTFE inner wall and corrugated PTFE outer wall. A 304 stainless steel spiral spring reinforces the hose and supports stable bending performance.

This construction is suitable for transferring corrosive chemicals, hot air, hot oil, steam and other compatible industrial fluids. It can also be configured for food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical processing equipment.

Why Use an Inner-Smooth Outer-Corrugated Structure?

A smooth PTFE hose provides stable flow but can require a relatively large bending radius.

A fully convoluted PTFE hose is highly flexible, but its corrugated inner wall may retain more material in certain applications.
