Jingcheng PTFE braided tube is made of PTFE pure material inner tube and high-strength outer braided composite structure, which is formed in one piece, balancing flexibility and high-strength mechanical properties. It is the preferred conveying pipe for industrial high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion conditions.
The inner layer is made of native PTFE material, which has excellent chemical inertness and can withstand most corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It does not undergo chemical reactions, does not precipitate, and does not pollute the media; The pipe wall is smooth and non stick to materials, with low conveying resistance, no residue and easy cleaning. It is not easy to block and accumulate dirt after long-term use.
The pipe has outstanding temperature resistance and can work stably in a wide temperature range of -80 ℃ to 260 ℃ for a long time. It does not crack at low temperatures, does not deform or soften at high temperatures, and can maintain structural integrity even under short-term high temperature pressure. The outer layer is reinforced with stainless steel wire/high-strength fiber precision weaving, greatly improving the overall compressive, tensile, and bending resistance, vibration resistance, and wear resistance, effectively preventing high-pressure pipe bursting, pipeline cracking and leakage problems, and the service life far exceeds that of ordinary hoses.
