Hygienic transfer lines in food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical plants have to satisfy two requirements that usually pull in opposite directions: a product-contact surface that drains and flushes cleanly between batches, and a hose body flexible enough to route around compact filling, dosing and mixing equipment. Fully convoluted hoses bend easily but their corrugated bore can retain residue, while plain smooth-bore tubes clean well but need wide bend radii and can kink. JINGCHENG Smooth Bore Convoluted Braided PTFE Hose (series JCC-21100-PTFE) combines a smooth PTFE inner wall, a corrugated PTFE outer wall and a 304 stainless steel wire braid to deliver cleanability, vacuum resistance and a small bend radius in one hose, rated from -70°C to +260°C.
Smooth PTFE inner bore: The product-contact surface is a smooth, non-stick PTFE wall that minimizes residue, supports fast flushing and gives low flow resistance for viscous creams, syrups and process liquids.
Corrugated PTFE outer wall: External convolutions add flexibility, allowing tighter routing than a plain smooth-bore tube of similar size.
304 stainless steel braid: A single outer layer of 304 stainless steel braided wire reinforces the liner against internal pressure and suction and protects it from abrasion.
Vacuum-resistant and easy to clean: The combination of a smooth bore and braided reinforcement helps the hose keep its shape on pump suction lines and cleaning cycles.
Small bend radius: Minimum bend radius starts at 19 mm on the 1/4" and 5/16" sizes and reaches 80 mm on the 1-1/4" size.
Wide temperature range: -70°C to +260°C covers chilled product transfer as well as hot cleaning and sterilizing cycles.

JCC-21100 vs. JCC-20000 Smooth-ID Corrugated-OD Hose with Spring: Both use a smooth inner bore and corrugated outer wall. JCC-21100 replaces the external spring with a full 304 stainless steel braid, raising the 1/4" working pressure to 8.8 MPa and adding abrasion protection.
JCC-21100 vs. JCC-11100 Braided Inner Spiral Convoluted Hose: JCC-11100 bends even more tightly and covers sizes up to 2", but its corrugated bore is harder to clean. Choose JCC-21100 when a smooth product-contact surface and vacuum performance are priorities.
JCC-21100 vs. JCC-01100 Single-Braid Smooth Bore Hose: JCC-01100 offers higher working pressures (10–42 MPa) with larger bend radii; JCC-21100 trades some pressure capacity for tighter routing.
Size and pressure: Choose from 8 standard sizes (1/4" to 1-1/4" ID) and keep operating pressure, including pump peaks, within the rated working pressure for that size.
Bend radius: Route bends at or above the listed minimum bend radius and leave a short straight section behind each fitting.
Temperature and cleaning cycles: Confirm that product temperature and any hot cleaning or sterilizing steps stay within -70°C to +260°C.
Installation: Avoid twisting the braid while tightening fittings, support long runs, and inspect the braid and end connections regularly.
