JINGCHENG Single-Layer 304 Stainless Steel Braided Smooth Bore PTFE Hose (series JCC-01100-PTFE) pairs a smooth polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) inner tube with a single outer layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel braided wire reinforcement for dependable service from -70°C to +260°C.
Smooth-bore PTFE inner core: The inner layer is a smooth-wall PTFE tube that provides a low-friction, non-stick flow path, minimizing pressure drop and preventing residue buildup during fluid transfer and line flushing.
High-strength 304 stainless steel single braid: A tightly woven 304 stainless steel wire outer layer supports hoop and axial loads, protecting the PTFE core against pressure expansion, external abrasion and mechanical vibration.
High working and burst pressure ratings: Supports continuous working pressures from 10 MPa (1" ID) up to 42 MPa (1/4" ID), with burst pressures reaching up to 126.9 MPa on the 1/4" size and 82 MPa on the 5/32" size.
Wide operating temperature window (-70°C to +260°C): Maintains structural integrity and sealing reliability across sub-zero ambient conditions, hot hydraulic oil circuits and elevated-temperature chemical lines.

JCC-01100 Single-Braided Smooth Bore vs. JCC-00000 Bare Smooth Bore Tube: Both share a smooth PTFE inner wall, but the 304 stainless steel wire braid on JCC-01100 boosts working pressure from 0.40–1.73 MPa up to 10–42 MPa while reducing minimum bend radii (for example, 75 mm vs. 130 mm on 1/4" size).
JCC-01100 Single-Braided Smooth Bore vs. JCC-11100 Helical Convoluted Braided Hose: Choose JCC-01100 when high working pressure (up to 42 MPa), smooth laminar flow and rapid bore drainage are priorities. Choose JCC-11100 when tight routing down to 10–200 mm bend radius is needed at moderate pressures (3.1–13.8 MPa).
JCC-01100 Single-Braided vs. JCC-01200 Double-Braided PTFE Hose: For heavy-duty hydraulic circuits requiring two layers of 304 stainless steel braid across 1/4" to 1-1/4" sizes, JINGCHENG also offers the double-braided JCC-01200 series.
Match size and pressure rating: Select from the 8 standard sizes (5/32" to 1" ID, 4 mm to 25.4 mm) and verify that system working pressure remains within the rated MPa for that diameter.
Respect minimum bend radius and alignment: Route the hose with curves at or above the 42–260 mm minimum bend radius and avoid twisting the braid during fitting tightening.
